  • Not at all. We never ask you to stop medication on your own. Instead, we’ll work alongside your doctor and monitor your progress. As your health improves, your doctor may decide to reduce or remove medications naturally — based on real results.

  • Unfortunately not. Reboot Health is a private coaching program and is not covered by insurance.

  • Not at all. In fact, most members say it’s more food than they expected. We’ll create a plan that’s realistic and satisfying — and we adjust it as needed to make sure it works for you. The goal is never to restrict, but to build something sustainable.

  • It depends on your progress. In most cases, we avoid cheat meals for the first 6 weeks to build momentum and support faster results. Once we’re on track, we may allow a structured “treat” meal — but always in a way that keeps you moving toward your goals. 

  • Not at all. Once we reach your target, we’ll guide you on how to reintroduce foods in a healthy and balanced way. This isn’t about being strict forever — it’s about building new habits and finding better alternatives so you don’t fall back into what wasn’t working.
